Ingenious Industry is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team.This is an entry-level position, and no previous experience in the trucking industry is required. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will be one of the primary points of contact for our trucking company clients.
