Key Responsibilities Design and maintain efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility across multiple platforms. Utilize SQL to query, manipulate, and validate large datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting. Leverage Python for advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and automation to generate actionable business insights. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that support strategic initiatives and track key performance indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to understand data needs and align analytics solutions with business goals. Conduct data quality assessments and troubleshoot data inconsistencies to improve data integrity and trustworthiness. Stay current with emerging data technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative tools and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience designing and managing ETL processes. Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy). Experience with statistical analysis and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or data engineering roles; candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply. Preferred: Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations. Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
