Data Analyst Supply Chain Manufacturing Analytics

About the role

Exl Neo is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Foundry Portal, a platform providing production insights, operational reporting, and supply chain visibility for semiconductor manufacturing operations.

The role works with business stakeholders, supply planners, logistics teams, manufacturing operations, and engineering teams to transform data into actionable business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain and manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Create reports and dashboards for planning, inventory management, BOM analysis, and logistics operations.
• Provide insights into material availability, demand-supply alignment, production readiness, and fulfillment performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs across semiconductor manufacturing and foundry services.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and reporting tools.
• Develop automated reports and self-service dashboards, conduct root cause analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Validate data quality and accuracy across integrated systems.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, and other listed teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, particularly Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, and Logistics.
• Advanced SQL and analytical skills.
