Job Description:-Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Foundry Portal, a critical platform providing production insights, operational reporting, and supply chain visibility for semiconductor manufacturing operations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, supply planners, logistics teams, manufacturing operations, and engineering teams to transform complex data into actionable business intelligence that supports decision-making across the foundry ecosystem.The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, particularly Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, and Logistics, along with advanced SQL and analytical skills.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Manufacturing Analytics• Analyze supply chain and manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.• Create reports and dashboards supporting planning, inventory management, BOM analysis, and logistics operations.• Provide insights into material availability, demand-supply alignment, production readiness, and fulfillment performance.• Monitor key operational KPIs across semiconductor manufacturing and foundry services.Data Analysis & Reporting• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and reporting tools.• Develop automated reports and self-service dashboards for business users.• Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.• Validate data quality and ensure accuracy across integrated systems.Business Collaboration• Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, and Product Engineering teams.• Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Process Improvement• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through data analytics and automation.• Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.• Assist in defining and tracking business performance metrics.________________________________________Required Skills & QualificationsDomain Expertise• Strong understanding of:o Item Master Managemento Bill of Materials (BOM)o Supply Planningo Demand Planningo Inventory Managemento Procurement & Sourcingo Logistics & Transportationo Manufacturing Supply Chain OperationsTechnical Skills• Advanced SQL (Complex Queries, Joins, CTEs, Stored Procedures)• Data Analysis and Data Validation• Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables)• Power BI / Tableau Dashboard Development• Data Modeling and Reporting• ETL and Data Transformation ConceptsAnalytical Skills• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)• Trend Analysis and Forecasting• KPI Definition and Performance Monitoring• Statistical and quantitative analysis capabilities________________________________________Preferred Qualifications• Experience in Semiconductor / Electronics Manufacturing industry.• Exposure to Foundry Operations, Wafer Manufacturing, or Semiconductor Supply Chain.• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Supply Chain Planning tools.• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.________________________________________Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Inventory accuracy and visibility• Supply planning effectiveness• Material availability tracking• Logistics performance metrics• Data quality and reporting accuracy• Dashboard adoption and stakeholder satisfaction• Reduction in manual reporting effort
