Day Training Staff

Position: Day Training Staff - Developmentally Disabled Services

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support individuals with daily living and social skills development.
Facilitate community outings and activities.
Follow individualized support and training plans (ISP).
Maintain clear documentation of services provided.
Promote dignity, respect, and safety at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Florida driver's license.
Level 2 background screening (required).
CPR/First Aid Certificate.
Caring, dependable, and patient personality.
Must speak English.

TRAINING REQUIRED:
All employees must complete APD Florida required training, including:
Direct Care Core Competencies (DCC).
Zero Tolerance.
HIPAA & Participant Rights.
First Aid and CPR Certification.

Full-Time
