This full-time role is essential in delivering exceptional customer support through live chat, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Engage customers via live chat to resolve inquiries and provide detailed product and service information. Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries ensuring high satisfaction levels. Document interactions accurately to track issues and resolutions effectively. Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and escalate issues when necessary. Participate in training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Monitor live chat platforms to maintain or exceed service benchmarks. Provide feedback to enhance customer service processes continuously. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or live chat support preferred. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and basic computer skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
