About the role

As a Digital Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, you engage with customer technical decision makers, anticipate their needs through discovery, and use deep solution expertise to support their cloud journey. You work with internal experts and partners to overcome technical blockers and help customers adopt prioritized Microsoft cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customer technical decision makers and use customer, industry, and competitive insights to support digital transformation with well-designed cloud architectures.
• Lead technical discussions, design sessions, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilots to show the value and feasibility of Microsoft cloud solutions and guide implementation.
• Collaborate with partners and internal experts on joint technical engagements, refine partner demonstrations, and promote prioritized Microsoft solutions.
• Monitor customer usage patterns, identify new workloads and optimization opportunities, and share customer feedback, blockers, and insights across Microsoft.
• Align customer timelines and success measures across people, process, and technology, and support technical teams through training, community participation, and cloud skilling programs.
• Apply established methodologies and governance to reduce business and technical risk and align success measures and financial priorities with sponsors.
