Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies targeting infrastructure and security service markets to capture new revenue streams. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and long-term business growth. Analyze market trends and customer needs to craft tailored proposals that align with client objectives and industry demands. Lead negotiations and successfully close deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets to drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional campaigns for new and existing services. Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to refine business strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Foster innovation within the team by encouraging creative problem-solving and proactive approaches to emerging challenges. Report regularly on pipeline status, market opportunities, and business performance to senior leadership. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in sales and business development within cybersecurity or technology sectors. Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, infrastructure services, and industry best practices. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals. Preferred: Industry certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager). Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in competitive markets.
