Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Prior retail or cashier experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
