Key Responsibilities Analyze client business requirements to design customized CRM solutions that meet strategic objectives and improve customer engagement. Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules tailored to user needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Conduct comprehensive user training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize CRM adoption and efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts to gather feedback and refine CRM processes continuously. Monitor system performance proactively, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain optimal CRM functionality to minimize downtime. Create detailed documentation for CRM configurations, workflows, and system updates to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements. Stay informed on the latest CRM trends, Microsoft Dynamics updates, and industry best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM consulting, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations. Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and data integration techniques. Proficiency with CRM-related tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Azure services. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certifications. Experience working in client-facing roles within consulting or technology services. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
