In this role, you will be essential in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of e-commerce orders, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate delivery of e-commerce orders with punctuality and accuracy. Conduct quality checks on products before delivery to maintain company standards. Communicate proactively with customers about delivery schedules and possible delays. Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and shipment processes. Maintain detailed delivery records, including customer feedback and any discrepancies. Assist in planning delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Participate in training to enhance logistics and customer service skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in logistics or e-commerce delivery preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with delivery tracking software and tools. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
