Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric bicycles to keep them safe and fully operational. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment. Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and educating customers on bike features and maintenance. Assemble new electric bikes and upgrade existing models with the latest technology. Maintain an organized workspace with all necessary tools and supplies readily accessible. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service processes and bike performance. Document all repairs and maintenance work accurately for customer records. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong mechanical and electrical skills with a solid understanding of bike systems. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Previous experience in a technical repair role or relevant training preferred. Familiarity with electric bicycle technology and repair tools is a must.
