Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical construction activities on government projects ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety standards. Review and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate execution. Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards and reduce rework, contributing to on-time project delivery. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrical superintendent on government projects such as U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force, Navy, or NASA. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with proven ability to manage diverse teams. Expert-level ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications. OSHA 30 Certification or 40 Hour EM 385 Certification. Demonstrated quality control experience ensuring project compliance and excellence. Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience with medium voltage electrical systems. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
