Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of electrical teams on government projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Ensure full compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and government contracting requirements. Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide technical guidance to resolve challenges promptly. Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, reducing incidents and maintaining a safe work environment. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, risks, and resource allocation. Lead team meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Manage procurement and inventory of electrical materials to optimize project efficiency and cost control. What We're Looking For Required: Proven supervisory experience in electrical contracting, preferably within government or large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and hands-on troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities. Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical disciplines (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician license) are highly advantageous. Ability to work on-site full-time in Huntsville, AL. Preferred: Experience with government contracting processes and compliance standards. Background in managing multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
