Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of electrical teams on government projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Ensure full compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and government contracting requirements. Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide technical guidance to resolve challenges promptly. Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, reducing incidents and maintaining a safe work environment. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, risks, and resource allocation. Lead team meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. What We're Looking For Required: Proven supervisory experience in electrical contracting, preferably within government or large-scale infrastructure projects.
