JOB POSTING - Entry-Level Customer Service Representative O'Neal Medical – CPAP Plus | Inownership / Hwy 280 O'Neal Medical – CPAP Plus is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our Inownership / Highway 280 location as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable working in a busy customer-service environment, and wants to learn more about the healthcare field. This is an immediate direct opportunity with growth opportunities to learn healthcare billing, and additional customer service skills including physician consultation. What You’ll Do You’ll work alongside our experienced CPAP Plus team, helping them take great care of our patients and customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Greeting and assisting customers who visit our store • Answering phones and helping route customer questions to the appropriate team member • Assisting experienced staff with day-to-day customer service activities • Helping customers with basic CPAP supplies and product questions • Entering and updating customer information in our computer systems • Helping organize orders, paperwork, and incoming supplies • Assisting with follow-up calls and customer communications • Learning the basics of CPAP equipment, supplies, insurance, and our patient-care processes You don't need to already know CPAP or medical equipment. We will teach you. We're looking for someone who is: • Friendly and comfortable talking with people • Dependable and punctual • Organized and attentive to details • Comfortable communicating and learning new software • Able to communicate professionally by phone, text, email, and in person • Willing to learn and take direction from experienced team members • Able to work well as part of a small, busy team Previous customer service, retail, medical office, or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required.
