Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and respond promptly via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.

• Manage time efficiently to ensure timely responses and call handling.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service roles.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Prior remote work experience is preferred.

This fully remote position allows you to work comfortably from home while collaborating closely with the Customer Service Manager and team members to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also coordinate with other departments as needed to address customer needs effectively.
