Closing Hub, a title and closing company proudly affiliated with Kris Lindahl Real Estate, is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing team. We are looking for a confident, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional closing experiences. This role is responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for clients and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume pipeline while building strong relationships with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and industry partners.
ResponsibilitiesManage residential real estate transactions from opening through closing and fundingPrepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and closing disclosuresBalance and reconcile files prior to closingCoordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title professionalsEnsure compliance with all title, escrow, and regulatory requirementsConduct closings and facilitate successful transaction completionResolve closing-related issues with professionalism and urgencyDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the closing processMaintain accurate records and documentationQualificationsPrevious Escrow Officer experience requiredStrong understanding of title, escrow, and closing processesExperience managing multiple transactions simultaneouslyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProblem-solving mindset with a commitment to accuracy and serviceCompensation & Benefits$75,000 - $110,000+ annually, depending on experienceBonus opportunities availableHybrid positionHealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k)Paid time offOpportunities for advancementSupportive, collaborative team culture
