What You’ll Do: Client Consultations & Sales-Focused Conversations

Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals and confidently guide them through estate planning optionsClearly explain legal concepts in plain language and close clients on the spotBuild trust, rapport, and long-term client relationships

Workshops, Seminars & Community Events

Present at firm-hosted workshops and educational events (content and training provided)Represent the firm with confidence, clarity, and professionalismEducate and inspire prospective clients in a group setting

Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver excellent client experiencesParticipate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional developmentGrow your legal, communication, and business skills simultaneously

Who We’re Looking For

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who Has

J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive New Jersey bar admission (NY and/or PA a plus)No prior estate planning experience requiredStrong presence, confidence, and charismaComfort speaking in front of groups and leading conversationsA client-first, sales-oriented mindsetMotivation to earn bonuses and exceed income expectationsProfessional polish, energy, and emotional intelligence

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000–$150,000Performance Bonuses-high performers can earn $200K+ annuallyPTOHealth insurance401(k) / profit sharing
