Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of property damage and prepare detailed restoration estimates. Analyze project specifications to generate precise cost projections. Collaborate closely with project managers and restoration teams to define project scope and timelines. Update estimates regularly to reflect changes or unforeseen issues during restoration. Prepare and present professional proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders. Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates and project-related correspondence.
