Role Description The Executive Assistant role at FCG Platforms is a full-time hybrid position based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work from home. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will draft and review correspondence, organize documents and presentations, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and action items. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, supporting meeting preparation and minutes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping streamline executive workflows. The role also involves identifying process improvements and supporting special projects that enhance organizational efficiency and communication.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities for senior leaders.Administrative Assistance experience, including organizing documentation, preparing presentations, and coordinating logistics.Expense Reports proficiency, with accuracy in tracking, reconciling, and submitting executive and departmental expenses.Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfort with digital tools and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling and collaboration platforms).Experience supporting executives in fast-paced, technology or events-related environments is beneficial.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
