Discount AC & Refrigeration of Phoenix is hiring an experienced Commercial AC Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to ensure peak performance. Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating equipment issues while following safety standards. Install new commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork and electrical connections. Respond quickly to service calls and maintain excellent client communication. Keep detailed service records for all repairs and preventative maintenance. Work collaboratively with team members to solve complex HVAC problems. Stay informed on the latest HVAC industry trends and technologies to advise clients effectively. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience. Proficient with HVAC tools, equipment, and electrical components. EPA Certification or other industry-standard certifications strongly preferred.
