Key Responsibilities Assess candidate qualifications and suitability for various job roles within Uber. Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to understand candidate skills and aspirations. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Utilize advanced job-matching tools and technologies to streamline the recruitment process. Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the hiring process. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Engage with candidates to enhance their experience and maintain positive relationships. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on candidate experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and job-matching software.
