Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential customers to generate new sales leads. Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends. Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Track and report sales activities and results, adjusting approaches as needed. Engage in problem-solving to enhance service quality and customer experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes preferred. 1-2 years of prior sales experience is a plus. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure comprehensive customer service and sales success. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna, Bihar.
