Key Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to effectively reach potential clients. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs. Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals while adhering to company policies. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective planning and execution. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns with sales objectives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success. Experience in sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
