Sales Representative for Shops and Cafes – Nashik, Maharashtra

Sanskar mahale is hiring a full-time Sales Representative for Shops and Cafes in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. In this on-site sales role, you will promote products to local shops and cafes, build customer relationships, and help grow the business through excellent service and effective sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit shops and cafes to introduce and promote products to prospective clients.
• Build customer relationships, use effective sales techniques, close deals, and encourage repeat business.
• Research the market, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitor activity.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Work with the marketing team to improve product visibility in retail settings.
• Train and support shop owners and staff on product features and benefits.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and community events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail; 1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• CRM software knowledge is a plus.

Compensation and Work Details

• Pay: 15000 per month
