Quesscorp Ltd is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This full-time role offers a chance to represent our brand, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets. Conduct thorough market research to uncover new sales opportunities and understand customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing our products. Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns that boost brand visibility. Maintain accurate sales records and track performance metrics using CRM tools. Provide regular feedback to management on product performance, client concerns, and market trends. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred; field sales experience is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned sales territory. Experience in a related industry is desirable but not mandatory.
