Key Responsibilities

• Make proactive sales calls and visit potential clients to present Paytm’s product offerings.

• Negotiate effectively, close sales, and work toward monthly sales targets.
• Keep up with product features, benefits, and digital payments industry developments.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
• Record sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in a CRM tool.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
• One to two years of sales experience, preferably in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to understand customer needs and close sales.
• Familiarity with digital payment solutions and technology is advantageous.
• Comfort using CRM software and sales tools to track activity and performance.
