Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain strong customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and terms to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align sales and outreach strategies. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt sales tactics and forecast opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 2-5 years proven experience in sales or related roles. Proficiency in market research and sales analysis. Experience with CRM and sales management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and sales strategy knowledge. Work within a collaborative and flexible team environment reporting to the Sales Manager. Collaborate with other sales executives and cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to share best practices and drive success.
