Key Responsibilities Efficiently fillet various fish species following strict company standards to ensure precise cuts and superior product quality. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, complying with all health and safety regulations to support a safe food processing environment. Inspect incoming fish for freshness and quality, promptly discarding any products that do not meet company or regulatory standards. Apply advanced knife skills to adapt filleting techniques based on fish type and size, enhancing yield and minimizing waste. Adhere strictly to company policies, especially those related to hygiene, safety, and quality assurance. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
