Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure alignment with company goals. Develop budgets and forecasts to enhance financial planning and operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to collect accurate financial data for comprehensive reporting. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management to facilitate informed decisions. Lead and mentor junior finance team members to promote professional development. Participate in audits ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements organization-wide. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering is required. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear financial insight sharing. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage complex financial challenges. Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP is preferred. 3-5 years of relevant finance experience. Industry certifications like CPA or CFA are a plus. Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure financial strategies support overall business objectives. This full-time position is based in South Windsor, CT, and does not offer remote work options.
