Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to guide business decisions. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Assist in budgeting and forecasting to identify trends and variances. Monitor financial performance metrics to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations. Participate in special projects, offering analytical support and strategic recommendations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including Excel and financial modeling software. Strong communication skills to effectively explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role preferred. Industry certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus. This position is based in New York, NY and is not eligible for remote work. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and senior leadership in a collaborative team environment focused on financial excellence.
