Financial Analyst BP&A Corp Functions GBS

About the role

BD is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join its OPEX team. The role supports Finance Business Partners and BP&A GBS leadership with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end GBS operating expense management process.
• Support planning, forecasting, and budgeting for assigned business units or functions, including headcount and non-labor expenses.
• Collaborate with functional finance teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain financial planning models, develop forecasts and trends, and support performance management analysis and commentary.
• Use budgeting, planning, and operational data to run standard reports and develop ad hoc reports using globally standardized tools.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis for BP&A Business Partners and Corporate BP&A as needed.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for month-end close, including intercompany charge-outs to other regions of the company.
• Track and analyze actual performance against plans and provide analysis and commentary for management decision support.
• Interact with the Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; relevant experience is required if the degree is in Business.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of finance experience.
