Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial analyses to support accurate budgeting and forecasting, improving financial predictability by up to 15% annually. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports with precision and timeliness to senior management, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Manage accounting functions including ledger maintenance and reconciliations to guarantee data integrity and reduce discrepancies. Administer treasury operations such as cash flow management and investment strategies to optimize liquidity and returns. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to align financial objectives with organizational goals, enhancing operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and company policies, minimizing compliance risks. Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate documentation and responding promptly to inquiries. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis and administration within a corporate setting. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and treasury management systems. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting techniques, and financial compliance standards. Preferred: Experience working in financial services or similar industries in Ethiopia or East Africa. Advanced certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-department collaboration. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
