Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our leadership team and helprefine and systemize our finance operations. This is a critical leadership role responsiblefor ensuring the integrity of accounting processes, implementing robust financial controls,ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory obligations, and producing insightful analysisfor decision-making. Additionally, this position will be responsible for leading the HumanResources aspects for our leadership team.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure integrity of accounting processes and supervise accounting teamAccounting Oversight & Process ImprovementEstablish standardized policies, controls, and closing proceduresValidate financial transactions and complianceEnsure tax compliance and reportingCoordinate audits and regulatory reporting
Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsStandardize and improve formats for Balance Sheets, P&L and Statement of CashFlowsImprove current Quickbooks setup so monthly financial reporting is quicker and moreaccurateDevelop dashboards, KPIs, and reportsPerform variance analysis and recommend actionsHelp finalize, implement, and track our 3 Statement Financial modelsSupport forecasting and financial modeling
