We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fire Inspectors. This role plays a vital part in maintaining community safety through inspections, fire code enforcement, and public education.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• State of Florida Fire Inspector Certification
• State of Florida Fire Safety Inspector Certification
• Valid Florida driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Experience in fire inspection, prevention, or related field preferred

SALARY RANGE
• Fire Inspector I: $23.54 - $30.01/hr (depending on qualifications)
• Fire Inspector II: $24.86 - $31.70/hr
• Fire Inspector III: $26.40 - $33.66/hr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct fire and life safety inspections in commercial, residential, and public facilities
• Enforce compliance with Florida Fire Prevention Code and NFPA standards
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Review plans for new construction or renovation
• Assist with public safety education and outreach
