Key Responsibilities Assist the Captain in the safe and compliant operation of ERJ 135 and ERJ 147 aircraft, strictly following FAA and company safety regulations. Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and briefings to verify aircraft readiness and operational systems functionality. Communicate clearly and effectively with crew members, ground staff, and air traffic control to ensure smooth flight operations. Monitor and manage aircraft systems during all flight phases, maintaining high situational awareness and responding promptly to any anomalies. Participate actively in recurrent training programs and pilot evaluations to uphold industry standards and improve skills. What We're Looking For Required: Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with appropriate endorsements for ERJ 135 and ERJ 147 aircraft. Minimum of 1500 flight hours with documented experience on regional jets preferred.
