The freelance voice recording contributor role is a project-based position focused on creating high-quality voice recordings in specified languages.

Responsibilities

• Read and record scripted content, following pronunciation and intonation guidelines.
• Ensure clear, consistent audio quality and upload files according to technical specifications.
• Label and organize recordings as instructed and collaborate with project coordinators to meet deadlines.
• Provide minor corrections or retakes when required and follow data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Clear, natural speaking voice with good pronunciation and diction in at least one target language.
• Ability to follow scripts, recording instructions, and linguistic guidelines accurately.
• Basic technical skills for using recording devices or software and uploading audio files.
• Access to a quiet recording environment and suitable equipment, such as a microphone and computer or smartphone.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in meeting project deadlines, and ability to follow quality standards.
• Previous voice recording, voice-over, or audio-related experience is an advantage but is not required.
