Front Desk Talent

Part-time position, seasonal hours from October – January.

In-office position located in downtown Vancouver, Washington. Tasteful attire required.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Opening the office each morning
• Greeting clients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Managing office supplies and kitchen purchases
• Data entry
• Electronic filing
• AI & ChatGPT experience required
• Administrative support for our insurance team
