Responsibilities:Supervise and optimize inventory levels to ensure proper stock positioning.Lead weekly reviews to resolve aged inventory and implement mitigation strategies.Manage E&O (Excess & Obsolete) tracking, driving corrective actions and negotiating resolutions with customers.Oversee expedited freight activities resulting from customer volume changes, including customer negotiations.Manage the material buy‑back process, maximizing value recovery and ensuring compliance with agreements.Collaborate with BPM/OPM teams in China to align processes, enhance operational performance, and support global initiatives.Lead special projects focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and customer‑driven improvements.
