Compensation

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in full mouth rehabilitation and is confident performing complex cosmetic dental procedures. We are seeking a clinician who practices comprehensive dentistry, someone who evaluates the full scope of a patient’s oral health, develops thoughtful, long-term treatment plans, and integrates functional, restorative, and aesthetic considerations into every case. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both patients and team members are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and treatment plan full mouth rehab casesPerform advanced procedures including veneers, crowns/bridges, surgical extractions, advanced bone grafting, implants, and root canalsEducate patients on treatment options and outcomesProvide high-quality care with efficiency, empathy, and precisionCollaborate with the clinical and admin teams to ensure a seamless experienceBuild strong rapport with patients and staff

Regular treatment planning for consultationsPerform a variety of complex restorative and surgical proceduresHandle surgical extractions and bone grafts with confidencePlace and restore single implantsComplete root canal treatments with patient comfort in mindReview digital scans and treatment plans with the lab and teamMaintain a patient-first mindset in a high-performance environment

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental schoolUnrestricted, active dental license & DEA registration in state of operationCurrent BLS certificationMalpractice insurance eligibilityAEGD/GPR training OR significant experience in full mouth rehabStrong interpersonal and communication skills
