General Finance Analyst

About the role

At TELUS Digital, the General Finance Analyst partners with operating areas to provide accurate decision-making support, prepare financial projections, and create analyses based on internal customer needs. The role also supports new business lines by determining prices, margins, and potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and consolidation of revenue, cost, and margin projections.
• Monitor revenue and margin forecasts weekly.
• Present monthly results on behalf of Account Managers and Operations Directors, analyzing variations against projections and budgets.
• Validate program headcount with operations to calibrate personnel movements affecting margins.
• Support pricing when required.
• Participate in month-closing activities with local and regional accounting, providing information for cost-sharing, capacity calculations, quality control, and reports required by TI.

Requirements

• Schedule flexibility is required.
• Availability to work on-site is required.
• Studies in finance, business administration, economics, or related careers are required.
• Analytical and numerical skills; planning and organization; teamwork; initiative, autonomy, and proactivity; decision-making and troubleshooting; customer orientation; and results orientation.
• English B2 is required, including oral and written comprehension and appropriate language use.
• Advanced Excel and advanced financial and statistical knowledge.
• Knowledge of call center operations management metrics, including shrinkage, AHT, and occupancy, is desirable.
