SkyHop Global is a national leader in airline crew transportation, operating 24/7/365 across major U.S. markets. We are looking for a hands-on Station Leader who is ready to lead and grow a high-performing team from the ground up.
This is a player-coach role—you won’t just manage the operation; you’ll be in it. Expect to spend approximately 50% of your time driving, leading by example, and setting the standard for safety, service, and performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day station operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environmentDrive routes and transport airline crew members safely and professionally when requiredHire, train, coach, and develop drivers and support staffEnsure strict adherence to safety standards and company policiesMonitor KPIs, schedules, and service levels to meet client expectationsPartner with dispatch, safety, and leadership teams to drive performanceBuild a strong team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and growth
What We’re Looking For
Proven manager with leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or operationsHands-on, “lead from the front” mindset—this is not a desk-only roleOpen availability – must be able to support a 24/7/365 operation (including nights, weekends, and holidays)Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication and team leadership abilities
Leader/ Driver Qualifications (Required)
Must be at least 21 years of ageClean driving record (no moving violations in the past 3 years)Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physicalAbility to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical CardAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with crew luggageStrong focus on safety and adherence to all company driving policiesNo personal mobile device usage while operating company vehicles (per company policy)Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
