About the role
Convene Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operation of The Aperture, its newest immersive experiential event destination in New York’s Flatiron district, opening in Spring 2027.
The Aperture spans 26,000 square feet across two floors and is designed for brand activations, fashion shows, product launches, live performances, multi-sensory conferences, and celebrations for up to 1,000 guests. Its 165-foot digital canvas features 270-degree projection mapping.
The General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of the venue, responsible for its overall success, financial performance, and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all departments, including Front of House service teams, Event Operations, Beverage, Event Production, and AV Production.
- Spearhead the opening and ongoing operation of The Aperture.
