Key Responsibilities Edit and produce engaging, high-quality video content optimized for multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase audience engagement by at least 15% quarterly. Manage bookkeeping tasks including accurate maintenance of financial records, timely processing of invoices, and monthly reconciliation of accounts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize, schedule, and execute social media campaigns aligned with company goals and financial forecasts. Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve content performance and audience reach, aiming for measurable growth in engagement rates. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, preparing precise reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Maintain organized digital archives of video projects and financial documents to streamline workflow and facilitate easy access for team members. Support cross-departmental communication by liaising between marketing and finance teams to align content strategies with budgetary constraints and financial objectives. Continuously update skills in video editing software and bookkeeping tools to leverage the latest technologies and industry best practices. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in both video editing and bookkeeping roles. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Experience using bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or Xero preferred. Strong understanding of social media management tools and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
