Hairstylist or Barber

Cutting Club Chicago is hiring our first team stylist. Cutting Club is a suite-based salon focused on building real client relationships, not quick turnover hustle culture. This is a W-2 position with commission-based pay and a flexible schedule. You'll work independently out of a suite, on hours that work for you, with the backing of an established salon and client base behind you. Responsibilities: Provide haircutting, styling, and related services to clients in a professional suite environment. Build and maintain client relationships. Manage your own appointment schedule. Maintain a clean, well-stocked station. Requirements: Active Illinois cosmetology or barber license. Reliable, professional, and client-focused. Comfortable working independently in a suite setting.
