This is a hybrid role ideal for a strategic financial leader with deep expertise in tax strategy and accounting management. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of tax preparation, planning, and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and optimize tax positions. Manage and resolve complex tax law and regulatory issues impacting the company. Provide strategic tax advisory and financial insights to senior leadership to support business growth. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns in accordance with GAAP and tax regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field . CPA certification or equivalent preferred. 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax roles. Strong expertise in tax strategy, compliance, and advisory . Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment .
