HR & Talent Acquisition Manager - Multilingual

The firm specializes in digital transformation, managed services, and enterprise platform implementations, including ServiceNow, Epic, Workday, cloud enablement, cybersecurity, and data solutions.

As part of its nearshore expansion strategy, Virtelligence is establishing a delivery presence in Colombia to support its growing North American healthcare client base. The HR/ Ops & Talent Acquisition Manager (Multilingual) will help build and scale Colombia operations from the ground up. This is a strategic, hands-on builder role focused on establishing the local presence, building technical delivery teams, and supporting operational setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and healthcare technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build talent pipelines for Epic, Workday, ServiceNow, cloud (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, data, and healthcare IT roles.
• Establish HR operations and ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws.
• Support office setup, including lease coordination, vendor management, and workspace operations.
• Partner with U.S. leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Develop talent pipelines across Bogotá universities and professional networks, and build employer branding and campus partnerships with leading Colombian universities.
• Implement onboarding processes and local HR best practices.
• Develop employer branding and a long-term retention strategy.
