Position: HRSD Product Analyst with ServiceNow System Admin Certification Location: San Jose, California, United States Duration: 6+ months contract Compensation: $60 per hour Note: Local candidates only. About the Role We are seeking an experienced HRSD Product Analyst to join our client’s team in San Jose. This contract role requires a professional with a strong background in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and proven expertise in product and business analysis. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to gather detailed business requirements. Design and optimize HRSD workflows to improve HR service delivery. Configure and maintain HRSD solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. Provide hands-on HRSD configuration and troubleshooting support. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of product or business analysis experience. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Must hold a valid ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
