Team members contribute to products that enhance how people see, feel, and experience commercial environments.Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in High Point, NC. This role oversees daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to support a positive and inclusive workplace. The Human Resources Manager administers compensation and benefits programs, maintains HR policies, and ensures compliance with relevant employment laws and company standards. The role includes partnering with leadership on workforce planning, learning and development initiatives, and organizational change. The Human Resources Manager also manages HR data and reporting, supports health and safety initiatives, and serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and HR policy development, with a focus on compliance with employment laws and regulations.Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.Experience with HR information systems, data management, and reporting to support decision-making.Proven ability to support training, learning and development programs, and change management initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is beneficial.Previous HR management experience in manufacturing, design, or a similar environment is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in High Point, NC, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
