HVAC Customer Service & Appointment Setter (Remote)

Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls professionally and promptlySpeak with homeowners regarding garage door repairs, installations, maintenance, and service requestsAsk the right questions to understand customer needs and identify service requirementsSchedule appointments based on technician availabilityConfirm, update, and reschedule appointments as neededFollow up with leads and customers who have not yet scheduled serviceRespond to customer emails and text messages in a timely mannerAccurately enter customer information into CRM and scheduling systemsCoordinate with technicians throughout the dayKeep customers informed of technician arrival times and schedule updatesHandle basic customer inquiries and concerns professionallyEscalate complex issues to management when necessaryMaintain accurate customer records and service notesHelp reduce missed calls, cancellations, and missed appointments
QualificationsExcellent spoken and written EnglishProfessional and confident phone presenceStrong customer service and communication skillsFriendly, positive, and solutions-oriented attitudeAbility to work independently in a remote environmentReliable internet connection and quiet home office setupStrong computer and multitasking skillsComfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and phone platformsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
