Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC systems for optimal performance. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and deliver timely solutions to reduce downtime. Install and replace HVAC systems and components following safety guidelines and regulations. Document all services performed and maintain detailed maintenance records. Collaborate with team members to manage projects effectively and provide comprehensive reports to management. Respond promptly to service calls, delivering exceptional customer service to clients. Stay current with industry advancements and best practices to improve service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with strong troubleshooting skills. Relevant certifications such as EPA Certification are preferred. Familiarity with HVAC systems, ductwork fabrication, and electrical controls. Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience preferred. Work within a collaborative team environment reporting to the HVAC Manager.
